warrantd uses the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver and operate the Service. Each sub-processor processes data only as necessary for its stated purpose and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

Anthropic and Mistral process user content only when an AI feature is explicitly invoked. Anthropic may retain API logs for up to 30 days for trust and safety monitoring. Mistral retains API data for up to 30 rolling days for abuse monitoring. After these periods, data is automatically deleted. Neither provider uses warrantd user data for model training. We will update this page when adding or removing sub-processors. For material changes (such as a new sub-processor that will process user content), we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
